Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SYW2BF ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our invite-only coaching platform available at syw2bf.com (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, city, role (advisor, aspirant, scout), profile bio.
• Content you create: messages, videos, posts, goals, and coaching activity.
• Connected accounts: if you connect YouTube or other social accounts, we store the channel ID, display name, follower count, and OAuth tokens needed to act on your behalf.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how you use the Service.

2. Google User Data

When you connect your YouTube/Google account, we request the following scopes:

• youtube.readonly — to read your channel info, video list, and statistics.
• youtube.upload — to upload videos you explicitly choose to publish from SYW2BF.

Limited Use: Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes, (c) to comply with law, or (d) where the data is aggregated and used for internal operations.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To deliver coaching content between advisors and aspirants.
• To publish videos to your connected social channels when you request it.
• To display analytics about your social presence within the app.
• To communicate with you about your account.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service (hosting, database, email delivery) and when required by law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can disconnect your Google/YouTube account at any time from Settings → YouTube, which immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored OAuth tokens.

To delete your entire account and all associated data, email privacy@syw2bf.com. We will process the request within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and row-level access controls on our database. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the app or email.
