Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SYW2BF (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Access

The Service is invite-only. You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid invitation from an existing member to create an account.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

No harassment, hate speech, or harmful content.
No illegal activity or infringement of others' rights.
No attempts to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of the API.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (messages, videos, posts). You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for what you publish.

6. Connected Services (YouTube, etc.)

When you connect a third-party account (such as YouTube), you authorize us to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. You can revoke access at any time from Settings → YouTube or at your Google Account permissions page. Your use of YouTube features is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@syw2bf.com.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of analytics, or any particular outcome from coaching activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYW2BF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
